44-bale rotary shed, centrally located.

Two 3-bedroom staff houses.

Concrete, shellrock and sand races.

Spray-irrigated effluent system.

About 500 to 530 cows peak-milked.

System 3 farm (10 to 20% of feed bought in; about half maize silage, half PKE).

Season

Calving begins 13 July. Mating begins 6 October (aim: 5 weeks AB then 5 weeks natural mating).
