The basics

A 200 ha farm with a 158 ha milking platform (154 ha free-draining flat to rolling and 4 ha river flats), plus about 30 ha of gullies and sidings for grazing replacement stock; 51 paddocks.

One 3-bedroom house on farm, plus a rented house on the farm boundary.

Spray irrigation effluent system from a large holding pond.

About 500 cows wintered, generally milking around 480 at peak.
